Have these ready when we talk

• Annual gross income for your household
• Full name, Social Security number and date of birth for each borrower
• The property address
• Whether the property is a primary residence, a second home or an investment property

Checking what you may qualify for uses a soft credit inquiry, which doesn't affect your credit score. We'll ask your permission before we run it. If you decide to move forward, a full credit check may be needed later.
